Stroke
Animation, Drama The movie 'Stroke' was inspired by Dr Jill Bolte Taylor's talk on her experience of having a stroke. What drew our attention to the story was how a stroke, commonly regarded as a negative experience, could be so positive and revealing for someone. Keeping the strong subject of such a dangerous disease, the unexpected interpretation is what guided the creation of the short, which is focused on ones subjective vision, usually exclusively reserved for the subject who experiences it, made available to the audience using animation as its media. Animation “VERGE” is an animated short about a small, gawky, newly born green sea turtle, who falls behind his siblings on his voyage to the sea. As he arduously tries to scramble to the ocean, a massive waves and trash smack him back to the shore, stimulating a series of challenges. Romantic, Comedy Two single introverts observe the generic way couples meet, and wonder if they stand a chance. After watching 'the rules' people must follow, they try it out for themselves, but it feels very awkward, and their mating ritual act fails. After another chance encounter, they seize the opportunity to connect, but they do it by 'being themselves'. It works, but the movie leaves their future to our imaginations. |

In The Dust -- Burning Man 2016-2017
Drone The Burning Man festival is an artistic meeting which is held every year in the Black Rock Desert in Nevada. Ephemeral city of 70000 people (Burners) who live, dance, share during 1 week , since 31 years at the end of august. I tried to show an aerial and ground views of this incredible place. I wanted to show the artistic and beautiful art pieces because some videos show more the crazy side, also there, during Burning Man. |

Los Comandos
Documentary In El Salvador, gang violence has overrun the country, disproportionately targeting children and teenagers, and turning it into 'The Murder Capital of the World'. The emergency medical unit, Los Commandos de Salvamento is one of the few institutions standing up to the gangs' reign of terror, and is a place of refuge and community for young people. 16 year old Mimi is a dedicated Commando caught in the violence. When her friend and fellow Commando, 12 year old Erick Beltran, is gunned down while serving, she faces pressure to leave El Salvador and Los Commandos, and head north for a better life.
