Indie Children
Five 20-somethings and their singer-without-a-band landlord occupy a cruddy SoHo loft while navigating the NYC film industry. All but the landlord are newly graduated from the same film school and struggling to find paid work for the first time. Projects of all kinds are considered.
Competitive, naïve, youthful, and horny, they learn the do’s and don’ts of both film and relationships while trying to scrape by in a city that’s as merciless as their trade. Rent always looms but that new camera and a bag of weed would be awesome…These are only a sample of the decisions our disparate family contends with while building their resumes and fighting for creative fame in the city that never sleeps.

Initially, her discovery appears to be ignored. The austral summer is winding down, and the base is preparing for the winter months. The program is just days away from closing shop and sending the temporary Antarctic residents home.
