A documentary focused on post-war Japanese architecture and its influence on Australian architects thoroughout the 1960s and 70s. Robin Boyd made numerous visits to Japan from the 1950s, introducing the work of Japanese architects such as Kenzo Tange to the West via his essays and books. Inspired by Boyd, many younger Australian architects made their own journeys, incorporating aspects of Japanese Modernism into their subsequent work. |
13 Burmese Days
At Aung San Suu Kyi's honorary doctorate ceremony in Oxford 2012, she encouraged students to visit her country. Organized by the Oxford University Student Union, nine people were selected to be the UK's first student delegation in Burma, spending 13 days in 2013. Whilst exploring the country, the delegation met with different sectors of industry and were touched by the candidness and determination of those fighting for social change. This documentary captures the transitional social landscape that would lead to Aung San Suu Kyi's landslide election victory in 2015 and towards her official appointment to power in 2016. |

Today both the place, and the tragic story seem totally forgotten. Teenagers reach the last witnesses and they try to reconstruct the course of the event and to commenmorate a forgotten genocide. |

"Redemption: Between the Lines" is a prison documentary that explores a jail facility in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. This documentary provides an inside glimpse of the facility that is near the border between Mexico and The United States of America. Redemption: Between the Lines allows inmates to share their unique individual stories, talents and/or success. While some inmates aim to leave the confines of their cell in an attempt to become better citizens, others remain proud of the unlawful acts they have committed.
